Ingredients:
- 1 apple, finely chopped or grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 50g oats
- 400g milk (I used 200g coconut cream/200g water)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method:
Heat in saucepan and stir until cooked through and thickened.
Add scoop of vanilla protein.
Top with crushed nuts or your choice of toppings and serve.
*Makes 2 serves.
