Ingredients:
- 3 apples
- 2 small limes
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup macadamias
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Chop apple in food processor.
Add juice of limes.
Mix through blueberries.
Pour mix into oven proof dish.
Clean and dry food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until a fine crumb. Top apple mixture and gently press down.
