Ingredients:
- 40g vanilla protein powder (I recommend Bare Blends or Prana On)
- 10 almond nuts
- 2 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender. Mix until combine.
Tip: Add extra ice for a super cold refreshing drink!
