Banana Almond Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 40g vanilla protein powder (I recommend Bare Blends or Prana On)
  • 10 almond nuts
  • 2 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender.  Mix until combine.

Tip:  Add extra ice for a super cold refreshing drink!
