Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs LSA meal

Method:

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.

Cook over medium heat.

This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc and works perfectly every time!

Served with 100% pure maple syrup, mashed blueberries and coconut flakes.
