Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 20g chocolate protein powder (I use PranaOn Hazelnut Nut Cacao)
- 1/4 cup berries
- 2 tsp 100% peanut butter
Method:
- Add oats, milk and chia seeds to a saucepan or microwave safe container. Add additional water to cover oats for desired consistency depending on cooking method.
- Cook using your preferred method. (I stir in saucepan for approx 10minutes)
- Add protein powder and mix through. Add more water if necessary.
- Pour into bowl.
- Top with berries and peanut butter.
- Serve.
