Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 large garlic clove
- 70mL coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions:
- Add the cashews to food processor. Blitz until they begin to form butter.
- Add coriander and garlic clove to food processor. Blitz to chop and combine.
- Add avocado, lime juice, salt and coconut cream and blend together until well combined
- Add small amounts of water to get desired consistency.
