Ingredients:
- 1 piece x 110g Salmon or White Fish
- 1 Medium Zucchini
- 150g Sweet Potato
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Salt and pepper, Herbamare, to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut up sweet potato into “chips”. Drizzle with coconut oil and salt/pepper.
- Place in oven and set timer for 15 minutes.
- After 15minutes, add sliced zucchini and salmon to baking tray.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
