Honey Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup macadamias, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Spread evenly over a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 15-20minutes or until golden, stirring after 10 minutes, and once golden.

Allow to cool and store in a glass jar.
