Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs water

Method:

Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until desired consistency.  Season with sea salt and paprika, to taste

Variations:  beetroot (add 1/2 – 1 roasted beetroot, peeled)
