Ingredients
- 2 x Mountain Bread wraps
- 50g turkey mince, browned
- 50g shredded chicken, steamed
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- BBQ Sauce, no added sugar
- 1-2 tbs grated mozzarella cheese
- Dried Italian herbs
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Fold mountain bread pieces in half and placed on lined baking tray.
3. Brown in oven for approx 5 minutes.
4. Add sauce and toppings and return to oven until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
