Nut Free Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 16 medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 tbs mixed seeds (I used one each of chia, linseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs coconut oil

Method:

Place seeds into food processor and blitz until fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
