Ingredients:
- 16 medjool dates, pitted
- 4 tbs mixed seeds (I used one each of chia, linseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup buckwheat
- 1/2 cup puffed rice
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs coconut oil
Method:
Place seeds into food processor and blitz until fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
