- 2 garlic cloves
- 100g semi dried mediterranean herb tomatoes
- 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded
- 120g unsalted cashews
- 20g extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 20g nutritional yeast flakes (or parmesan cheese for dairy option)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse 4-5 times until an even consistency is achieved.
