Ingredients:
- 500g turkey mince
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- salt and pepper to taste
Additional flavour suggestions:
1 tbsp chopped coriander + 1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp turmeric + 2 tsp paprika + 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
Method:
Combine and roll into small balls and bake in oven (preheated to 180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
